  4. Revocation or Amendment of License
DSF reserves the right to revoke this license at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon such revocation, you agree to immediately cease all use of the Tools and destroy any copies of the Tools in your possession. DSF reserves the right to amend, modify, or update the terms of this Agreement at any time in its sole discretion. Any such changes will be posted on the DSF website, and your continued use of the Tools after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

  5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DSF, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Tools, including but not limited to any third-party claims alleging infringement of intellectual property rights, or any violation of this Agreement.

  6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  8.  Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in and to the Tools are and shall remain the exclusive property of DSF. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting you any rights, title, or interest in or to any intellectual property rights owned by DSF, except for the limited license expressly set forth in Section 1.

  9. Third-Party Rights
DSF does not warrant that the Tools do not infringe any third-party rights. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Tools complies with applicable laws and does not infringe any third-party rights.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and DSF regarding the use of the Tools and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.

  12. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
